Herman Konstadt's tenement house - a tenement house located in Łódź at ul. Piotrkowska 53. The tenement house was entered into the register of immovable monuments of the Łódź Voivodeship on January 20, 1971. The building has decorative French Neo-Renaissance forms with elements of the "Francis I style". A characteristic element of Herman Konstadt's tenement house is the bay window above the gate, which is carried by two atlanteans.
