Horse chestnut fruits are spherical, pear-shaped or egg-shaped capsules with leathery pericarp, green or brown in color, in some species spiny, which breaks into three parts after ripeness. The seeds are impressive, numbering from one to three, brown with a light mark. Uneatable.

The bishop's cap (Astrophytum myriostigma) is a species of the genus Astrophytum in the cactus family (Cactaceae). The specific epithet myriostigma is derived from the Greek words "μύριος" (myrios) for countless and "στίγμα" (stigma) for point, stain.
Optimists are strange creatures. If the land is full of thistles and thorns, they can still find a flower somewhere.
